A more optimistic calculation gives $25.7 vs $5.97 If you assume you assume OPSX is going to be like Luminent with only a 8% initial public offering and MRV later distributes 92% to its stockholders than each MRV share gets (108M/.08)(.92)/(72.4M)= $17.2 worth of OPXS at the current IPO price. If you assume a 50% OPSX bounce it becomes $25.7. The range is so large because obviously it depends on the market performance of OPXS stock. Who the hell knows what thats going to be. duff
