ALL: Where Intel stock price is going

As a long-time lurker, let me say that one of the things
I like so much about this thread is that it isn't about
INTC's stock price minute by minute.

Yet, after this drubbing I thought it would be of interest to air some of our thinking about where Intel may be headed (dare I say it) price-wise in the months and years ahead.

By way of context: I bought a nice chunck of Intc 11 years ago and through thick and thin held tight. The results of this patience , of course, paid off royally but I failed to unload any at the top, and am now cut in half -- though still enormously ahead. The exact same thing has happened to me with MSFT.

So what are the thread's thoughts about how long it might take to get back to the high?

Has intel understood the changes in time? diversified into other areas effectively? executed correctly? is the future bright?

Or has the market told us (correctly?) that we are an old tech dinosaur with a low stock price and we're going to have to live with it for a long, long time.

Through all the years, when things looked grim, I have held on in pretty good spirits, but I must say, this rocked my world. Are good times ahead? Sooner? Later? Never?

VERY interested on people's take on the big picture!

Best to all,

Ivan1
