PMG. Take it all with a grain of salt while you spend time over there. One book that I ordered (not online. I don't buy online, unless it's something I know I can't buy locally.) is by Michael J. Mandel
The Coming Internet Depression: Why the High-Tech Boom Will Go Bust, Why the Crash Will Be Worse Than You Think, and How to Prosper Afterward amazon.com
The title fits my current views of the markets, world economy, and how I feel about this whole "Internet Experience" (shopping, commerce, wealth from the net, etc..)
We, as consumers, businesses, and investors, want it all now. This "now, now, now" mentality caused a gold rush in the high tech sectors. There are now too many companies chasing after the same customer with the same products and services. They need to be washed out and sent packing. That is going to take time and will hurt all of us who are still out there in La-La land buying these POS companies on every dip.
(Ahhh. That was therapeutic)
So, why not read it and see if there's something Mr Mandel and I agree on, or he can give me something to chew on, so I can re-think my current and future investment plans.
Of course I'm going to read it with a grain of salt ;-)
