There has been discussion to outlaw Pitbulls as a guard dog in one's home. It is well known that many Pitbulls turn on their owners. So, are you trying to tell me, Richard, that every Pitbull owner needs a gun to assume the risk of owning a Pitbull?

We have plenty of Bears in NYS too, Richard. Why don't you come to the Adirondack Mountains and visit all our Black Bear, Richard? We are loaded with them! In contrast to your Grizzleys, Richard, the Black Bear is quite nimble and is able to climb a tree quite easily.

Are you trying to tell me, Richard, that every American Family needs a gun in order to fend off a killer Bee Attack?

This is not the Wild Wild West, Richard, of Gunsmoke, Wagon Train, Bonanza, Big Valley, Colt 45 or Maverick. This is America, Richard. We are a civilized nation today, with the exception of how the financial markets are traded. An individual can not take the law into their own hands, Richard.

I want to tell you a story about this, Richard, a lesson I learned the hard way. About 30 years ago, Richard, I had a problem with this dude. He was looking to frig(I'm being polite here) me up. Nothing unusual about that. All of us here have had this type of encounter at some point in our life. Without getting into the details here, Richard, I'll just tell you that I challenged the dude to a 1 on 1 old-fashioned fist fight, in accordance with the unwritten laws
of the Midwest. The dude consented, Richard. He showed up for the "Draw", Richard. I knocked him out in one punch. And I hit him with my fist right on the cheeck bone, Richard, and it took 75 stitches and an eye operstion to repair the damage. Now this dude, Richard, was a big time time Redneck from Texas, your home state, and he threw a few punches at me with the intention of messing me up, before I landed my punch.

Fortunately for me, Richard, I blocked his punches before I landed mine. He was 6'5" 250 pounds Richard, while I was 5'10" and 150 pounds. That sissy redneck dude from Texas, Richard, took me to court for assault and battery. Let me tell you the result of the Judges decision:

The Judge found me guilty because I took the law in my own hands. I had no right to challenge the dude to a fight even though he consented to it. Yes, I was a gentleman, Richard, I asked him for permission to fight and the dude consented. The wind up was that I paid for his medical expenses and everything was dropped as if it never happened. That was a 25K punch, Richard. Even The Judge was impressed with how ethically I handled the matter. But I still paid the price.

Cut this midwestern BS garbage in regard to gun control. You can't win.
