Hi Mike, My offer still stands. I will play games with any one and every one. If it made sense to file an ITC action a month ago, what's changed? The Infineon, MU and Hyundai suits were all pending before RMBS ran to the ITC. Could it be that the ITC moves a little too quickly for RMBS and this "slam dunk" case of theirs? Sounds pretty shaky to me. But then that's how these litigation investments go. Glad to see you're keeping up with RMTR too. I wonder who will have the first SDRAM/DDR license with NEC's new JV? RMTR or RMBS? What's your guess? 0\|0
