Frank,

I agree that we need reform but we can't pass laws that will make it financially impossible for the majority of people to have access to our courts. I can't help but think that large corporations would love for that law to pass so they would be "home free". Many corporations would not think twice about endangering anyone for a dollar......just think of Firestone and Ford! Although we need reform to reduce frivolous lawsuits we need to hold people accountable when they knowingly produce a product that endangers lives.
