I believe you are referring to the lockup for the active people who can't sell until the merger went through and 90 days beyond that (or something to that effect). To be honest I wouldn't worry about that, there are always rolling windows when it comes to these lockups, webm already went through the difficult one in August and anything subsequent is just minor relatively speaking.

Having said that, the entire b2b sector has pulled back dramatically, ariba is 50% off his highs or so as are c1 and some others... webm is really a speculative growth play, a good stock for when the mkt is strong but right now webm is in the same trading range it had at the lockup and look at the other guys, they are way lower. You'd probably do well to sell webm and move into arba and go back to webm after arba recovers, since webm is connected to the core b2b's and will not move unless they do. But it is not the other way around. There is no b2bi without b2b, is what I mean.
