First, I wasn't aware of the guidelines. I am no TA expert or even novice. I simply believe we are long overdue for a very oversold bounce of approx. 400 NAZ points. That's as far as i go. I also come to this conclusion because there appear to be many, many more bears out on the different threads than bulls. That's it. Sorry I can't give you more.
