ATTENTION PORCH MEMBERS: OFFICIAL RR REPORT Just received a phone call from Rickster...he called to let me join in on a toast from Vail...he is upbeat as always...closing a deal on 900 acres out there...the mayor with even him tonight...he already has a home out there and has been shopping for land only glitch this weekend was an unpleasant scene at a posh restaurant last night when he led his table in a rousing chorus of In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida and was asked to leave...he didn't of course never underestimate Rick...never EJ
