Dear Brian: Yes, CPQ is doing well with PRODUCT but unfortunately they appear to fall in other areas like Customer service etc. If they ever get their entire act together they should do well, thats why I hang onto my CPQ stock but I have no illusions that they are a well oiled total machine LIKE SUNW that offers the whole package on a high level of performance. JDN
