eng, That is a fascinating contrast in organizations and talent. I had the opportunity to view technology policy within SBC from both the tech making the recommendation and later, sadly, a management role. While the discussion always started with price, performance, and features, the decision never matched and was due to strategic considerations. In the latter role, I came to understand strategic meant we've already decided what to do and we ain't changing.
