An individual can not take the law into their own hands, Richard. >> Sorry, but in the last month I removed a raccoon from my yard here in metro-Denver, you will note there are more rabid raccoons than any other animal. If you don't need any firearms in NYNY for protection against man, but would you feel as safe for your loved ones against a RABBID wild animal beyond all reason or fear with out a firearm? I have used a firearm in defense of my home & loved ones against animal attack. Would you deny every person(across this nation) that basic self protection? Does not removal of the means of self protection defeat the portion of the "new democrat" credo for self-reliance?
