Latest thoughts on net equipments. First I would like to say that I'm not against these companies nor saying business model is bad. It's just valuation I'm against. In the long run like 2 to 5 years, I agree the next big play will be in fiber-optics market. However in the current market condition of earning warnings and slow down of economy, it's just not prudent to buy these companies when you know you can buy them much cheaper before market turning around. Currently I'm not shorting them now but if market doesn't get any better like breaking and staying above 3500 then I'm going to short them especially these: JNPR CIEN RBAK SCMR CMTN and last to short GLW JSDU CSCO.
