Paulks : Why did they wait 11 years to sue those companies? It must be a coincidence if they chose the very moment when it could help their fullly-proprietary RDRAM to penetrate the market. That's why I call them sharks. They had their patent standardized high and loud by the JEDEC without reacting, and now that the standard is used in huge volume, they suddently choose to change their mind. That's unfair. Macks PS : You must have a problem with your keyboard, your caps lock turn on every 10 words for no apparent reason... maybe it's an early stage of the Touret's syndrom, if so I sympathize :)
