Colonial America, was the term I used, I think. That has little to do with when the US was declared founded but hopefully you know that.

The miscarriage of Women Act- huge miscarriage of justice in English law imo. But that's just my opinion. Even if it's law, it's just codified opinion. If men could get pregnant, there's be a different scheme I think. But then if we relied upon men to get pregnant, and carry pregnancies to term, the human race would have ended long ago.
