I would just bypass by downloading to HD

The program and the file are already on the computer's C drive. Are you suggesting I make a copy of the file to a different location on the hard drive?

Actually, the Zip drive appears to be overtaxing the computer that I am trying to use it on. What is puzzling, is that computer was my primary computer until a year ago and I had the zip drive working fine on it when I was using the computer. There have been some changes to the computer since then (probably the biggest change is someone else uses it).<G>
