I measure intelligence in a number of ways. For instance, look at the ideas Bush is proposing. They're far more intelligently put together than Gore's. Gore is taking us down the same stupid road of socialism. Anyone with half a brain knows socialism doesn't work nearly as well as liberty, freedom and empowering the individual over the state. Looking at the emotional intelligence equation. Gore acted like a child during the debate. Huffing and puffing his way around the podium with papers ruffling here-to-fro. That showed he doesn't have the strength of demeanor and emotional intelligence to keep his feelings under control. Looking at intelligence as it relates to education level. Bush has an MBA and Gore flunked out of graduate school because he smoked to much dope. Even though Gore had been given every privilege in life, he wasn't smart enough to take advantage of it. Looking at intelligence as it relates to thinking on your feet. Gore stumbles and bumbles into memorized sound-bite rhetoric during the debate. And it's the main reason he doesn't have press conferences the way Bush does. His handlers know he will say something idiotic, so they protect him with systems designed for sound-bite memorized lines. Looking at intelligence as it relates to being dishonest and lying. Gore appears so unintelligent he's really a lousy liar. I mean, if you're going to be a liar and emulate your hero Bill Clinton. At least you could be smart enough about to do it well. Many people, such as yourself, who have had it drummed into their head by the mainstream media sound-bites might disagree with me. So be it..... Democrats who were foolish enough to elect such an idiot as Al Gore are the ones who really deserve the LOL! :) Michael
