Frankly, as long as my perception of conduct, efforts and profits are positive I allow our managers to manage. I don't try to micromanage them. I allow them to be the experts they are. I will ask for forecasts, pro formas and game plans. If I find something that I feel is not headed in the right direction then we will have a discussion. However, as long as everything looks good I will be overshadowed. You may have heard the old saying, "There is no end to what an organization can accomplish if it doesn't matter who gets the credit." Gore will, and does, want all the credit. Bush will be a pleasure to see and hear as President. However, he will have a team. And, you like Janet Reno? Now, I know you aren't a judge of talent and integrity. *s*
