That's a difficult and troubling question. In some rural areas where a Catholic hospital might by the only hospital this question has come up. Luckily all hospitals that I know of receive medicare or medical funds, or some sort of federal funds that allow the government to require that they provide women with services they want, or risk forfeiting federal money.
