IS,

A great deal of fundamental information on CDMA/Qualcomm can be found in the earlier posts of this thread, as well as the Moderated Qualcomm thread for newer developments. A short cut to the core would be through Gregg Powers' postings which were among the most informative and insightful.

As to the sequence of events leading to fundamental investing in Q*, everyone has his/her own time table. I began to build a Q* position in 97/98, which was a lot later than some of the early pioneers, but still way ahead of the market times and MoMo players. Just to illustrate a point, my average cost for Q* is $5-8 or under, split adjusted, thus I am still 10-15x ahead of the game on this one. It's the CSCO, INTC, TXN, JDSU etc. part of my portfolio that stimulated my gastric secretion.

Regards,
Ibexx
