Hi JDN. I understand ... all of you are long term investors who will hang on 'come hell or high water.'

... have you thought about this really being a bear market like in the early 1970s ... and equity prices keep falling and falling ...

... here's how I look at it ... I am looking for the right time (and the right price) to buy a number of stocks (including SUNW) ...

... recent chart activity on SUNW .........

March 28, 2000 .......... reached a high of 106.75 ...
May 24, 2000 ............ declined 37.1% to 67.13 ...

September 1, 2000 .... reached a new all-time high of 129.31
October 6, 2000 ...... declined 21.3% to 107.50

... am I to assume that if the Nasdaq Composite continues to decline until October 18, 2000 (when SUNW reports) and drops to its May 2000 low around 3,100 that SUNW will at least match its percentage decline in May (of -37.1%) and reach 81.34 ... is that a good time to buy ...

... what if the Nasdaq Composite eventually declines to 2,700 (-46.5% from its top of 5,048.62) ... or breaks down even further ... what happens to SUNW, CSCO, EMC and ORCL then ... if you get my drift ...
