I have raised grave issues concerning the field of day trading on this thread and several others at SI. These events are now under investigation by the Securities and Exchange Commissions (SEC), National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) and the Commodities Futures Trade Commission (CFTC). I clearly warn all of you who are involved in illegal activity, or who have any information related to these activities, to contact the authorities immediately. Those who come forward now may expect their position to be somewhat less precarious than those who refuse to act without their being forced to do so by the government.

To all of you who have played a part in this, I say to you: you have been repeatedly warned. When the time comes, that will play a central role in the judgment which falls upon you. Your arrogance is extreme.
