mishedlo, It is as laughable as saying that the transistor patent invalidates the 100 patents that Intel has on the Pentium 4. The infineon claim is pure 11th hours desperation BS. It shows they are very scared of the Dec German court date that is fast approaching. The noose is getting tighter around their necks. Every engineer in the known universe is laughing their AO with Infineon (except the bashers here). LMAO.
