Michael, let's put the military thing in perspective. Why wouldn't the military, just like corporations, have difficulty filling jobs? Are you saying we need fewer jobs so we have more folks doing military-type jobs? My girlfriend's a headhunter charged with finding senior and mid-level executives. It's very difficult these days. So if this is the case, why wouldn't the military also be having difficulty finding captain level officers? I'm presuming this is the case, since someone alleged this earlier on this thread.
