Pristine has over the years NEVER been a stock recommendation service.

In this, you lie, sir. It is a shame - for their own legal standing in certain matters at hand - that just about every Internet advisory site has failed to retain even halfway decent legal counsel at any time. They continue to labor under the delusion that simply posting any and all disclaimers on their sites makes them bulletproof. It is quite unfortunate, but according to the laws of this country, that is not quite the case. When a preponderance of traders heed the "buy/short/sell/cover for training purposes only" recommendations of an Internet advisory site, the disclaimers become null and void by definition of the activity taking place at that site, the causal effect of the alerts being made by the administrators of such a site. Furthermore, these disingenuous and deceptive disclaimers never were legally valid in the first place. The Disclosure and Terms of Use agreements of virtually all Internet trading sites in existence today are laughable, preposterous, and have not one chance in one million of ever standing up in a court of law in the United States. They are more full of holes than a mild Swiss cheese.

Sincerely,

Olivier L. F. Asser
