Dave, It is a remarkable fact that wisdom often appears as folly. That ATHM would drop was not much in doubt, that you would prove so accurate regarding the level (single digits), certainly testifies to my limited knowledge of this sector and market analysis. Rather then stand on bravado and macho ego (the stuff of wars and bitter hatred) I instead offer my apologies for being emotionally 'attached' to a perspective that colored my response to you. I assumed you were a short (correct) spreading negativity to enhance your position through fear. The later was apparently not the case and so my expletive was out of order. So it goes. You have an elephantine memory and like many enjoy serving revenge cold. Personally, though we live in a world where defense and offense appear necessary, revenge of any kind is in poor taste, as was my off-handed response to your first post. I'll take an honest 'call' on facts any time and will tip my hat to a gentleman, especially one who takes the time to use spell check. Same expletive to you, Looser! Loosen up and you may not lose the holdings you apparently made on ATHM's fall from grace.
