Computers: nonsense. The computational capabilities they got from the US could just have easily been obtained abroad. It had negligible or no impact on China's high-tech military development. Like the GOP (who have a more efficient apparatus, granted), they didn't have time to care. The giant leap of smear to alleging a quid pro quo is separate, and is characteristic GOP overreaching slur. And disgusting. Not even those who launch that one believe it. You should know better.
