<<Participation in the process will increase when people see a leader who has values, principles and a vision which is in alignment with the peoples values, principles and vision.>> I guess that means you're stuck with Gore, then, as the proposals the Bush campaign is selling, the public ain't buyin'. The Gore's proposal seem to be selling better, which is why Bush keeps trying to fudge policy differences and push personalities. Which is why the GOP campaign (and its every more desparate supporters on this thread) are resorting to more and more mudslinging. Can't win on policy, Michael?
Or we can just do the duet: Chronic liar! Hypocritical moron! Murderer! Empty suit! Traitor! Dirty trickster! Congenital liar! Idiot extraordinaire!
You're boring.
And, guess what? I think the public is tired of this empty name-calling, and, like in 96' and '98, the public will reject a party that is so bound up in its own spite that it cannot offer a coherent vision for the future (that vision thing problem is congenital, obviously). You're so interested in smearing the other guy, you can't put together a compelling story for the public what you will do to improve their society (other than to beat the other guy). Rant and rave. Smear and slander. And lose. |
