You must be a groupie. <g> Intel and AMD are not well liked and they are still around. I might add that Texas Instruments has sued just about every company in the DRAM business and is currently collecting 125M per quarter in royalties. I do not see you complaining about their bad customer relations. Good grief man, Texas Instruments is collecting more money than Rambus is currently collecting.

RDRAM is here to stay as a high performance memory. Now on the advent of the launch of the first processor (P4) specifically designed to interface with RDRAM in an optimal way you are prematurely declaring it and the company dead. <LOL>

The current court actions currently underway are specifically targeted at the SDRAM and DDR SDRAM product niches. Neither of these two technologies can scale into to the new high bandwidth PC applications. Everyone knows this including Micron. This was well known during the ill fated SLDRAM venture in 1997. It is still true today.
