Bascially, you are saying no one who has joined Microsoft in the last two years (or gotten new options at review time) is even close to having anything to show for it. My best friend got options at 90 a long time ago. Then he got the re-priced ones, but now even those are under water. Working hard at Microsoft for two years (or even one year) is a long, intense time.
