yaacov..."using the platform to spread misinformation"

i concur on that statement, but it is not always in a disingenuous fashion. many actually prefer to believe that which is positive, not understanding that negatives can appear at any moment. it is the ability to discern the negatives that allows one to preserve investment capital.

to me a "negative" became apparent in dell management as early as q2 1999, when they failed at the pr task concerning the sector wide comments of "pc is dead"...

most shareholders viewed this as "dell right", "all others wrong"....dell may have been correct, but it doesn't matter when the psychology of perception proves otherwise...hence the stock setting daily new lows....

still hope, but it is msd that bears full responsibility, as he and only he can reverse the slide of the share value....can't send his "dead soldiers" out to the front line...he must grasp the staff and reveal the "future vision", that will fall in line with what the street wants to hear....numbers at this point mean nothing...it's a directional issue...

good luck..ed a.
