You don't like the idea of moderated threads, but you do like the idea of suing other posters to squelch their personally disagreeable posts? Is that what you are saying?

I think the moderated thread is much simpler. I was very opposed to the moderated AMD thread at first, but it has proven to be quite a good vehicle for promoting civil behavior.
