HWP has had several years of strong growth. Some of those markets
are maturing and they are in a transitional period so the numbers are not quite as good. HWP is a very strong company, This is probably a low point for them and they have some huge markets they are persuing. There business strategies would be the kind of style that Tek needs.
I.e. aggresively persuing markets, exceeding expectations, HWP does not sugar coat the numbers with their recnet acquisitions and market realities the report is a reflection of that. Good and possibly huge growth from HWP is on the horizon in the area of internet commerce and imaging technology. I have spoken with TEK T&M people that dream of HWP buying TEK T&M. I don't believe that would ever happen though.
Tek would not sell their bread and butter if they do I hope they plan to give the shareholders their fair slice of the proceeds.
