Drilling off California and Florida would be a terrible crime. These coasts are our golden heritage. The Santa Barbara spill back in the 60's proved what a horrendous danger it can be. Coral reefs are already nearing extinction in Florida. It's just not worth it. This may be what GW and Co. want to do but conservation is a lot easier and much better for our waters and future generations who'd like to be able to enjoy them. As for Alaska, I have two words for you - Exxon Valdez. Yes accidents do happen.
