Internet access by then is probably one chip, an antenna and a cheap flat panel display, some plastic. Cars have had microprocessors, or embedded controllers for decades.

Right now, it could come out that the government requires all car bodies be made of continuous 1 Gigahertz Pentium IIIs, and I don't think it would help.
