Why the price slide?

Is it time for the company officers to all dump their options to gain their "deserved" compensation allowed them by the stock acheiveing a
certain gain for a whole 2 weeks?

I always vote against stock options for the brass. I might change my tune if they would put some verbage in the agreement that required them to sustain the price levels on a rolling basis of say 5 years before they could claim they had led the company so masterfully that they "deserve" their million a year. Although the price is up in the last two weeks the stock is flat to declining over the last 2 years.
If Jerry can't do better than that he doesn't deserve a million or better a year. Particularily in light of the last 2 years being a huge bull market, his performance stinks.
