Right Brain Visuals:

6 months ago the market resembled a too tall skyscraper waving and wavering in the wind, looking like it wanted to topple.

More recently it looks like a new construction site. First there is excavation (we've passed that) and then core drilling for pylons, followed by installation of the substructure.

The facade doesn't hold up the building. The columns on the pylons do.

Numerous solid stocks have now struck bedrock. The substructure is going (not done yet) into place (looks like it has more fiber optics than copper wire:). And if you've ever seen the pace at which a highrise reaches for the clouds once the subterraneous stuff is done you know that we are soon going to have ourselves a shiny new building.

In the long run it is probably better that the architect chose to implode the old building rather than touch up the cracks - but don't zoning requirements mandate him informing us in writing that there was going to be a big kabom instead of a soft landing?
