I'm not sure what you're POINT is. You were upset that 24 year olds were classified as children. In the studies I found on the web they are classified as young adults- which, I think, is what they are. It said "children and young adults" and lumped them together. This is in my opinion designed to mislead people about how many of the deaths were actually children. Tim
