There has been a lot of discussion as to whether or not the Bear Stearns deal had to be completed prior to the SPs funding to become effective and the insider filing shows that this is not the case. Which all points to, IMHO, toward a stage 3 financing package which will become effective when the Bear Stearns deal is done. That's all.
