I think there is clearly market manipulation etc. If you know specific people doing these criminal acts. i would advise a "criminal list". And u could send it to the SEC on a regular basis. The sooner the criminals are exposed and neutered the better i say. I think scumbria should head the list. He seems like a very shifty sort naming himself with an unusual nom de plume, although i don't have any expertise in such "outings". Lets start work on the criminal list as soon as possible my dear comte. regards, Kash
