Hi Mark and Buddy: The low scoring West series is not too surprising. Look back on all of DET playoff series for the past 3 years and I doubt you will find many teams (DET or opponent) scoring more than an average of 2.5 or so per game. Vernon (that ex flame) flops around so much that if COL gets their "A" game back on track (i.e. agressive forechecking and cycling) I think we'll see the real mr vernon. I still say COL wins. In the East I think my prediction of the Flyers depth and size up front will carry them despite pathetic goaltending. Hextall really looks lost at times. The Rangers age and lack of depth is starting to show although I really like Rusty and am glad he decided to finally show up for the big games. Injuries to NYR defence could be the last straw. PHI getting way too many chances and rebounds lately on Richter who for my money is still one of the top 2 goalies around when it counts. Like I said last week, PHI in 6. el
