MILTON, Ont., May 22 /CNW/ - Tee-Comm Electronics Inc. (the
``Corporation'') announced today that the Bank of Montreal, its existing
lender, yesterday demanded immediate repayment of its existing credit facility
and has appointed an interim receiver in respect of the property and assets of
the Corporation and certain of its subsidiaries.
In addition, the board of directors has resigned effective May 21, 1997.
