It's called a bear market. It sure is Dan. Here is a interesting chart for the NASDAQ I dragged off another board, which shows that of the last four Bears, how it at least touched it's 52 week low before completion: geocities.com It's a tough call where MSFT would end up in such a circumstance, but I would venture to say outperform from the level that is established by the report date. By how much is the critical question; the 18th should provide some answers, as well as impending news on the legal front. Thunder
