Symbol came up on our thread, checked the web site, management team appear to have credentials and experience, read the one and only news, glanced at the last 10Q, saw 18MM o/s, which gives it about $98MM market cap ??, no SI thread, so I started one.
I have no position. Just started looking at it late last night.
First question is, why a $98MM market cap? Filings to date don't answer that.
DEF14A and 10Q basically only tell me that:
July 17, 2000 there were 2MM o/s, auth. was increased from 25MM to 200MM, and on Aug 14 there were 18MM o/s.
Second question, where are those new 16MM shares?
I assume that an empty shell, INFE, was purchased and then shares issued to vend ViaPay into it.
Guess we have to either call the 888 number if you're into talking to IR, or wait for the next filing, and watch for any news.
Lots of other questions I'm sure, but for now though, there's a turkey to cook, and a birthday wife to keep happy today, and a week travelling away from computer, to ponder. |
