i believe Saddam invited to an emergency meeting of the Arab league... first since '91?

Clinton better get ont he horn or you're going to have a LLCF UP in oil if they're not carefull... where does oil open if Saudi's stop production in a protest? $100 bbl? I suppose mkt would assume it's a short term measure... complex would probably be a worse LLCF.
