of course...the new era has done away with all these outmoded concepts like 'value'...'profit'...etc... but it has lately re-discovered another tried and true concept...'hope'.... once that is roundly denied, the next discovery awaits the gambling masses...'despair'.... interestingly, on Friday a clown came over here to taunt...you'd think the 'glee' stage was already behind them...now they taunt the bears with having been wrong in the past? just for the record...i only boarded the bear train when the current rate hike cycle began...and in spite of the intermittent blow-off in the NAZ (which, if i remember correctly, was expected...ike?), the major indices have made no upside progress since....admittedly not much downside progress either.
