Just a few suggestions you may have overlooked. Don't use CPA for bookkeeping -- hire a payroll firm or get a good ERP integrated tax package. Give $10,000 a year to each of your children and grandchildren (tax free). Max out your pension plan funding. Get married if you aren't. Don't buy life insurance in your name but let your beneficiaries own the policies. Buy some universal life today and do your stock investing there. Buy a ranch or farm (it will never be cheaper) and borrow as much as you can. Start giving away to your favorite charity highly appreciated property. It will reduce your estate and credit your income tax. If you are not married, get married (someone rich). You obviously need expert consulting for your business and your estate. You could always start and fund a church.
