Admittedly, Nas stocks generally would seem more vulnerable to tax-loss pressure than in previous years, but the degree of pressure, or potential counterpressure, will of course have a lot to do with where the particular stocks are by then. Long-term holders especially may STILL be sitting on relatively large gains, and hoping for further recovery, even if the Nas doesn't hit Batman's new year-end target.
