Oh, you mean why did I post the article? Well, it wasn't MOBILE Satellite Internet, so it really wasn't that appropriate, but I had just returned from vacation and saw the thread dormant. Dormant threads are not good, so I posted the first thing I came across that was close.
KVHI is now perhaps 10 days away from ending 10 quarters in the red.
There is no guarantee of course, but, looking at everything that we can see, the 10x increase in backlog over Q4 1999, my tour of their FOG facilities, the recent FOG and military contracts, and management's own statements in the CCs (they only said "profitable in the 2nd half of the year"), I think this could be the quarter.
If they do move into the black and have a strong CC, I think the stock will begin to move. |
