Does anyone REALLY NEED A GUN TODAY! ?

I don't see any harm in waiting 5-7-10 days, especially if such a rhetoric law would eliminate ANY deaths.

It depends on how you define need, but some people have good reasons for wanting one. In a free country we shouldn't have to show that we need something to be allowed to have it esp. in cases where we are dealing with a constitutionally protected right.
As for the "its good if it would eliminate ANY deaths" argument, that might make for a nice soundbite but it is usually a poor reason to actually pass a law. If that was our standard we would have to ban skydiving, skiing, swimming pools, and driving over 10mph. Also the argument fails to consider that while gun control does eliminate some deaths it also causes some deaths. If a 10 day waiting period was put in to place nationally would you then stop pushing for any new gun control laws?
